The main evaporator pan measures 24" x 18" x 6" and is made of 20 gauge stainless steel. It includes 2 built in handles, a 3/8" brass spigot, and a 1/4” thermometer port.. The optional sap pre-warmer measures 8" x 18" x 6" and includes a 3/8" spigot. All of the welds are lead-free and watertight. All of our evaporator pans are proudly made in Michigan.
 
What is a prewarming pan?
A pre-warmer allows you to warm your cold sap before adding it to the main boil pan, which can greatly increase evaporation rates. By adjusting the spigot on the pre-warmer to match the evaporation rate of the main boiling pan you can make the operation more hands-off.
