The boiling pan measures 36" x 24" x 7" and the prewarmer is 10" x 24" x 7". They are both made of 20 gauge stainless steel. The boiling pan includes one 3/4" draw off port and one 1/4” thermometer port. The prewarmer includes a 1/2" trickle valve.
