Introducing the Bassett Maple Co. 2x3’ maple syrup evaporator, the perfect choice for hobbyists looking to upgrade their maple syrup production. This evaporator outperforms the competition with an impressive evaporation rate of 9 -11 gallons per hour. This sturdy and compact evaporator is designed for maximum efficiency and built to last, thanks to its heavy-duty welded construction and durable high temp powder coat. Featuring a large air tight door and pan gasket for optimal conventional draft, but giving you the option to take advantage of forced draft. The optional forced draft kit allows you to significantly increase your evaporation rate and reduce wood consumption. The tig welded pans are made of 304 stainless steel. The boiling pan measures 36 x 24 x 7” and has a capacity of 11.25 gallons when 3” full, with one ¾” port with nipple and ball valve and one ¼” port with plug for the optional thermometer. The feed pan measures 10 x 24 x 7” and has a capacity of 7.25 gallons when filled.
